These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Habitdot. By using Habitdot, you agree to these Terms.

Habitdot helps you create habits, add optional purposes, track completion, view progress, use Home Screen widgets, and receive short motivational feedback. Habitdot is a self-improvement tool and does not guarantee any specific outcome, streak, health result, productivity result, or personal result.

You are responsible for the habits, purposes, notes, and other information you enter into Habitdot. You agree not to use Habitdot in a way that violates laws, infringes rights, disrupts the service, or misuses AI or server features.

Habitdot may provide AI-generated motivational feedback based on your habit data. AI feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. It is provided for general motivation only and is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Habitdot is not a medical device or healthcare service. Before starting or changing habits related to exercise, diet, sleep, medication, mental health, or other health matters, consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Habitdot may offer paid features such as Habitdot Pro. Prices, plans, trials, and included features may change over time. Purchases are processed through Apple using your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple's subscription rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Habitdot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.

Habitdot, including its design, code, branding, graphics, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Habitdot at any time. Habitdot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use Habitdot.

You may stop using Habitdot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to server-based features if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create security, legal, or operational risk.
