Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SERN ("SERN," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the SnapToCalendar mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SnapToCalendar helps you turn text, images, PDF files, and voice recordings into calendar event drafts. You can review, edit, and choose which drafts to save to a calendar on your device. The Service may require access to device features such as the calendar, photos, camera, or microphone.
Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or compatible with every device, operating system version, calendar provider, file, language, or recording.
The Service uses automated and AI-assisted processing. Results can contain mistakes, missing information, incorrect dates or times, duplicate events, or incorrect interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing each event and confirming its details before saving it to your calendar.
SnapToCalendar is not a substitute for your own judgment and does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on an extracted event where an error could cause harm or loss without independently verifying the information.
You retain your rights in the text, images, PDF files, recordings, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You give SERN and the service providers used to operate the Service permission to process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and authorize its processing. You must not submit content that violates another person's rights, breaks the law, or contains confidential information that you are not allowed to share.
The Service creates calendar events only after you choose to save them. You are responsible for selecting the correct calendar and checking the result after it is saved. Calendar providers and operating systems may apply their own rules, permissions, reminders, time zones, or limitations.
You can edit or delete events using your device calendar. SERN is not responsible for changes, failures, duplicate events, or data loss caused by a calendar provider, device, operating system setting, or action taken by you or another person with access to your device.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security or usage limits, reverse engineer the Service (except where applicable law permits it), or use the Service to process content unlawfully or to harm another person.
The Service may provide a guest account or session. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and session secure. History entries are convenience copies of extracted event details and are not a guaranteed permanent backup. You can delete History from the Service, and you may contact us at [email protected] to request deletion.
