You may provide chat screenshots, profile text, message drafts, conversation context, coaching messages, pickup line prompts, support emails, and other content you choose to enter or upload. This content may include personal information about you or other people, so you should hide sensitive details before uploading.
FlirtCue may generate or collect an app install identifier, app settings, language preference, local history, subscription status, purchase entitlement information, device/network metadata necessary for requests, server logs, and diagnostics. We do not use this information to track you across apps or websites for advertising.
When you choose a screenshot or image, FlirtCue processes it only after your action. The app may compress the image before upload. Images may be sent to SERN servers, image hosting or processing providers such as Cloudinary, and AI service providers for image understanding, chat extraction, AI analysis, and returning generated results. Do not upload highly sensitive, confidential, or illegal content.
We use information to provide AI-generated replies, chat analysis, profile feedback, pickup lines, coaching responses, saved results, subscriptions, customer support, debugging, fraud prevention, safety enforcement, and app improvement.
User-provided text, screenshots, derived transcripts, and context may be sent to AI model providers or cloud infrastructure used by SERN to generate app results. AI providers and infrastructure providers process this information on our behalf according to their service terms and data protection commitments.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. FlirtCue uses RevenueCat to manage product availability, purchase status, subscription entitlement, restore purchases, and related purchase metadata. We do not receive your full payment card details.
FlirtCue stores app settings, consent status, generated sessions, coaching history, saved results, and related state locally on your device using Apple platform storage. Removing the app or using in-app deletion controls where available can remove local data from the device.
