Habitdot is a simple habit tracking app that helps you create habits, add an optional purpose, check your progress, view widgets, and receive short motivational feedback.

Habitdot may store habit names, optional purposes, colors, frequency settings, reminder preferences, completion records, language settings, and appearance settings. Habitdot does not require an account or ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts to use the core app.

Your habit data is primarily stored locally on your device and in the app group container used by Habitdot and its Home Screen widgets. Widgets read this local data to display habits and progress.

If AI feedback is available or enabled, Habitdot may send limited habit data to our server to generate a short daily message. This may include habit titles, optional purposes, recent 7-day completion data, yesterday's completion status, today's date, locale, color information, and an app install identifier.

When Habitdot communicates with our server, standard technical information such as IP address, request time, endpoint, response status, and basic device/network information may be processed for security, debugging, analytics, and service operation.

If you purchase Habitdot Pro, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and may be managed with a third-party subscription service such as RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We use information to provide habit tracking, display progress, power widgets, generate optional AI feedback, maintain and secure the app, process purchases, restore subscriptions, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate Habitdot, such as hosting providers, AI service providers, Apple, subscription management providers, and analytics or crash reporting services if added in the future.

Local habit data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or reset your data. Server logs and AI service records may be retained for a limited period as needed for security, debugging, and service operation.

Habitdot is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
